MINTEDVR provides you with endless opportunities to independently learn and practice driving in any indoor environment.

MINTEDVR is built for easy to use, standalone
VR technology.
Available to players from any part of the world, in left/right-hand drive. Aspiring drivers have a selection of twelve languages to choose from, including Te Reo Māori, Samoan, Tongan, Mandarin and Hindi.
How it works.
MINTEDVR has developed a MINTDRIVER Course using VR technology. This Course enables all to learn about driving and sharpen their driving skills at any stage of their learning journey and has a recommended cost of NZD $20/session per learner. Students who complete the MINTDRIVER Course are provided with a Progress Report with detailed feedback on their driving abilities.
MINTEDVR’s MINTDRIVER Course enables new learners before they got into a real car and also enables a diverse range of learners to prepare for and pass restricted, full and overseas practical licence tests. MINT EDucational experience through Virtual Reality.
In New Zealand we often use the word ‘mint’ to describe something excellent or superb. If something is in ‘mint condition’ it means it is perfectly looked after.
MINTEDVR will enable you to develop your own superb skills and abilities using Virtual Reality (VR) enhanced learning experiences to ensure your learning needs are perfectly looked after.
MINTEDVR is founded by Malica and Ashley Gore.
Malica has an extensive background in education, particularly teaching English as a Second Language with a special interest in using digital technology.
Ashley served with the New Zealand Police in a variety of roles and his policing experiences have given him developed insights into what it takes to be a safe driver.
Together they saw an opportunity to help learners make sure their driving skills are in MINT condition!
