Please check the English version for any clarifications on translations in the other listed languages. MINTEDVR LTD may add or remove languages without notice if required. MINTROADRULES Application

The Application can be downloaded at no cost from a mobile phone store. The application has inbuilt advertising that cannot be turned off. It is the user’s responsibility to keep the Application updated. Older versions of the Application may not work correctly and will not have the latest application features.

Use of the Application

The Application is intended to help you improve your and knowledge and application of New Zealand Road Rules. You agree to use the Application only for this purpose and in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your subscription to any other person or entity. You may not use the Application for any commercial purposes or in any way that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Application and all of its content, including but not limited to graphics, audio, and text, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, loan, disseminate, modify, or distribute any part of the Application without the Company’s prior written consent.

MINTEDVR and MINTROADRULES are trademarks of Mintedvr Limited.  If you wish to identify The Application in a blog/article/review or in any other way, please identify them as “MINTEDVR™ and MINTROADRULES™ which are trademarks of Mintedvr Limited”.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an “as-is” basis, and the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application’s performance, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located, which is Auckland, New Zealand, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
